Ooh, I love painted dishes–and you WCW riff-off.😍I think the animal on the stoop is a cat, though it’s the size of a rather big dog.

I thought it was a cat too, at first. Let’s go with cat! My mom said she got these dishes at Ace Hardware (nearly FIFTY years ago…. And they are still my primary dishes 😂)

Its dignified body language says ‘cat’! The dog would be wagging or drinking from the trough… Really cool dishes–and they lasted a long time!😍

Yes, the body language says “cat” to me as well. The dog would be on two legs trying to look in the well! They have lasted.
